Personalized Travel Planning Service:

At Pipestone Travel we are pleased to offer a unique service of in-home travel planning consultation. Our consulting fees allow you access to our professional skills in researching all of the many options available to you for your travel and help you evaluate those options.

The independent, unbiased information provided in each option gives you the ability to make well-informed decisions about the time and the money you invest in your travels.

Our fee schedule is as follows:

Consulting Fee:

• $75 per hour for the first two hours,
• $50 each additional hour.

Consulting fees may be refunded at time of booking at travel consultant’s discretion.

Booking Fee:

Airline Ticket Processing Fee:

• $50.00 per ticket per person
• $150.00 maximum per family household traveling together.

No processing fee charged for booking with our partners, Air Canada or WestJet through Pipestone Travel Website

Airline Package Processing Fee:

• $50.00 per booking.

Hotel / Car booking:

• $25.00 per hotel /car

Processing Fee payable at time of transaction and Cancellation fee payable at time of cancellation.

Cancellation Fee:

• Cancellation Fee: $150 flat rate per booking.
• In the event of cancellation, in addition to the flat rate there may be other fees involved. This may include the operator of the trip recalling the commission that was paid to Pipestone Travel. If this is the case you will responsible for the commission as well as penalties charged by the tour operator. This is considered in a case-by-case basis and you will be advised of these penalties prior to cancellation.

Pipestone Travel recommends that you purchase travel insurance to cover your pre paid travel arrangements in the event of a forced cancellation. However not all cancellations are insured and it is imperative that you read and understand what the coverage includes.

Payments can be made with Cash, Check or Debit. Payments made to Pipestone Travel with Visa or MasterCard are subject to a 2% transaction fee.
